Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of mobile phones, electronics, and accessories in our showroom.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and the ability to explain technical features to customers.
• A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English and fluency in Sinhala. Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
